Reverse Mortgage Specialist
John Kennedy is one of the most experienced Reverse Mortgage Specialists in the industry. His reverse mortgage career began in the early 1990’s when he pioneered in the development and marketing the concept in Washington.
He has been instrumental or involved with four of the eight NRML domiciled in Washington State.
In addition John has insights into the use and implementation of this vastly neglected tool in the Financial Planning Industry.
John’s experience in the areas of financial planning date back to 1963, at that time he became an NASD Broker-dealer, and licensed in life and disability insurance.
He furthered his development by adding real estate appraisal, real estate brokerage, and mortgage banking to his qualifications, and for twenty years functioned as a consultant and advisor in employee benefits, estate planning and small business troubleshooting.
John is an Older American who has chosen to remain active during traditional retirement years. However he has elected to work exclusively with Reverse Mortgages and partnering with other financial professionals in the use of the reverse mortgage as a financial planning tool.
John holds a PhB from Seattle University and has graduate studies at Loyola of Chicago, University of Washington, City College, and Seattle University.
